Excellent care under previous owners.
Fear new owners put profit before patients after previous experience under Bitiecruss Health Center.

Even this easily in the morning my appts is now very late- should be 9:30- even now it's 9:50 and I haven't been called yet!

Had some frightening symptoms asked to be seen immediately.
Was seen within 1 hour.
Receptionist v v helpful and kind.
Denise as always helpful and informative and reassuring.
Saw GP this morning, who was also reassuring.
Feeling mush happier.
Can't praise the receptionist enough (not Jackie - who is always great - the other lady, dark haired, short) she was so kind.
